A pendant built around a stone that grows its own tiny trees. Dendritic agate takes its name from the Greek dendron, tree, and those fern-like black branches running through it are dendrites, mineral markings formed as water made its way through cracks in the stone over time, no plant matter involved anywhere. Set in a hand-fabricated 925 silver bezel with an open, hollowed-out back so light can pass straight through, lighting up every branch from within. Milky white and blue-grey, roughly 3cm x 2cm including the bale, hung on a solid silver twisted 18 inch chain. One of a kind, since no two dendrites ever branch the same way.
