Are all your items handmade?

All my pieces are designed and assembled by me, with most elements handcrafted, such as resin casts, lino prints and custom settings. Some components, including fine chains, clasps and jewellery findings, are sourced from trusted suppliers to complete each piece. Every item is unique, and slight variations are part of its handmade character!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

How long will my order take to arrive?

I aim to process and dispatch orders within 5–10 working days. Shipping times may vary depending on the courier. If you need something sooner, please contact me before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.

How will my order be shipped?

I use a range of trusted couriers including Royal Mail, InPost, Evri, Yodel, and Printful (for print-on-demand products). Tracking will be provided where available and/or requested.

How do I care for my jewellery?

All jewellery benefits from a little care. Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, cleaning products and other chemicals. We recommend putting jewellery on after applying beauty products and removing it before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.Store pieces separately in a dry place to help prevent scratching, tarnishing and tangling.UV ResinUV resin is durable, but it can scratch or become damaged if treated roughly. Keep resin jewellery away from high heat, prolonged direct sunlight and strong chemicals, including perfume and cleaning products.Clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, alcohol and solvents, as these may dull or damage the resin surface.Some resin may gradually change colour with age and exposure to UV light. This is a natural characteristic of the material rather than a fault.Sterling SilverSilver naturally tarnishes over time as it reacts with air, moisture and substances on the skin. This is normal and can usually be removed with a silver polishing cloth.Keep silver jewellery dry when possible and store it in a sealed bag or jewellery box when not being worn. Avoid chlorine, household cleaning products and abrasive cleaners.CopperCopper naturally develops a patina over time, which may darken or change the appearance of the metal. It can be polished with a suitable copper polishing cloth if you prefer a brighter finish.Copper can sometimes leave a temporary green or dark mark on the skin. This is a harmless reaction caused by the metal interacting with moisture, oils and the natural chemistry of your skin.Keep copper jewellery dry and avoid perfumes, lotions and household chemicals to help preserve its finish.BrassLike copper, brass naturally oxidises and may darken or develop a patina with wear. This is part of the natural ageing of the metal and can usually be reduced with a suitable polishing cloth.Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, lotions and cleaning products. Store brass jewellery somewhere dry when it is not being worn.Electro Gold-Plated JewelleryGold plating is a thin layer of gold applied over another metal and will naturally wear over time. How quickly this happens depends on how often the piece is worn, where it is worn and its exposure to water, cosmetics and chemicals.To help your plating last longer, remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, hairspray and cleaning products.Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use metal polish or abrasive cleaners on plated jewellery, as these can remove the gold layer.Semi-Precious StonesSemi-precious stones vary naturally in colour, pattern, texture and hardness, making each piece slightly different.Avoid knocks, drops and abrasive surfaces. Some stones can also be affected by water, heat, chemicals or prolonged sunlight, so we recommend keeping stone jewellery away from perfume, cleaning products and prolonged soaking.Clean gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth rather than chemical jewellery cleaners.Nickel-Free AlloysOur nickel-free alloy jewellery is made without intentionally added nickel. To help maintain its finish, keep it away from water, perfume, lotions, cleaning products and other chemicals.Clean with a soft, dry cloth and store in a dry place when not being worn.If you have particularly sensitive skin or a known metal allergy, please check the material information for the individual piece before purchasing. "Nickel-free" does not necessarily mean a piece will be suitable for every metal sensitivity.Can I wear my jewellery in the shower or while swimming?We recommend removing jewellery before showering, bathing or swimming. Chlorine, salt water, soaps and other products can accelerate tarnishing, damage some stones and resin, and shorten the life of plated finishes.How should I store my jewellery?Keep jewellery somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Where possible, store individual pieces separately in soft pouches, sealed bags or compartments to reduce scratching, tangling and tarnishing.
