All my pieces are designed and assembled by me, with most elements handcrafted (like resin casts, lino prints, or custom settings). Some components—such as chains, clasps, and jewellery findings—some are sourced from other suppliers to complete the piece. Every item is unique, and slight variations are part of their handmade character!

As most items are handmade or custom-made, I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty or not as described. Please see my Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

I aim to process and dispatch orders within 5–10 working days. Shipping times may vary depending on the courier. If you need something sooner, please contact me before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.

I use a range of trusted couriers including Royal Mail, InPost, Evri, Yodel, and Printful (for print-on-demand products). Tracking will be provided where available and/or requested.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store in a dry place, preferably in an airtight bag or jewellery box, to minimise tarnishing or damage.
