Words in Glitter
A collection of hyper-glittery UV resin necklaces combining colour, holographic lettering and words that mean something — even when that meaning is extremely silly.
Some contain decidedly sweary messages that aren’t immediately obvious until someone looks a little closer. Others celebrate people and places I’m fond of, including the wonderfully neurodivergent Neuro Sparkly necklace and a small series originally made for York’s Bishy Bazaar.
The Bishy Road pieces are a playful tribute to the much-loved community around Bishopthorpe Road and the home of the Bishy Bazaar craft market. Each one was made as a colourful little reference that locals would immediately recognise.
Every pendant is individually made using UV resin, glitter, decorative shapes and holographic lettering, then finished with an 18-inch nickel-free alloy chain in a gold-tone or silver-tone finish. Chain styles include fine, twisted and paperclip.
They’re bold, sentimental, sweary, local and completely covered in glitter. Sometimes all at once.
