Grounded

Some stones carry their whole history on the surface. This one is patterned with moss and lichen markings laid down over millions of years, the slow trace of seawater meeting rock pulled up from somewhere far beneath the ocean floor. No two pieces of serpentine ever come out the same, which is part of what makes working with it so satisfying, you're never quite repeating yourself.

The stone sits in a solid silver bezel, shaped and set by hand to follow its exact contour rather than forcing it into something more regular. Below it, a strand of hematite beads, dark and faintly metallic, threaded with silver findings. Hematite carries iron at its core, which is what gives it that quiet shine even before any silver touches it.

Put together, the two stones lean into each other rather than competing, one rough and organic, one dark and dense. A piece built to be worn close, and to feel like it's been pulled from somewhere old.

One-off. Only one exists.
